Girls

To say the Pulaski girls had a dominant performance might be an understatement. The Lady Blue Devils won 13 events and piled up 193 points en route to a fifth consecutive Section 3 Title. Grace Carguello won three individual titles, taking the 1500m, the 3000m, and the Steeplechase. Vanessa Trumble was a double winner with a new Pulaski school record and Patriot League record time of 12.17 (hitting the State Super Standard) in the 100m and a leap of 5' 1" to take the High Jump. She also took second in the 200m. Megan Dailey took the 200m in 25.78 and won the Long Jump at 18' 0.25". She also finished second in the 100m, and just missed Vanessa's now former League Record in the 100m, running a 12.38. Camryn McGrath won the 800m (2:25.48), Giulianna Giannotti took the Triple Jump (34' 7.25"), Kylie Dye won the 400m (61.45), and Ava LaSell scored 2039 points to win the Pentathlon. The Lady Devils won two relays, crossing first (and hitting the Super Standard for the State Meet) in the 400 meter relay in 49.62, and also winning the 1600 meter relay in 4:18.10. Kendall Dye added third place finishes in the Long Jump and High Jump. 

Onondaga/Lafayette finished with 41.5 points. Brielle Nels took third in a fast 100m race in 12.51. She added a sixth in the 200m (27.06) and was part of the runner up 400 meter relay team (52.78). Eighth grader Molly Humphrey had a very good sectional debut, taking second place in the 1500m (5:06.30) and the Steeplechase (7:54.95).

Zion Rivera won the title in the Shot Put at 35' 1.5" to lead SAS as the Atoms finished with 27 points. Zion also took second in the Discus (99' 7"). The Atoms alsontook third in the 400 meter relay (53.04).

Boys

Onondaga/ Lafayette and Pulaski both had a pair of champions as Herkimer took the team title 137 points. Pulaski finished third (58) and Onondaga/Lafayette was sixth (53).

Jadon Buchanan won the 100m (11.05), took second in the 200m (23.71) and threw 121' 6" to take sixth in the Discus to lead the Tigers. Reed Luton was champion in the 1600m (4;35.23) and third in the 3200m (10:48.35). Ben Nett cleared 12' to take second on the Pole Vault, and the Tigers were runner up in the 400 meter relay (46.45).

Pulaski also had a pair of winners. Jack Lewis won the 200m (22.70) and was second to Buchanan in the 100m (11.11). Matthew Plyter was champion in the High Jump (6'), third in the Triple Jump (42' 6.5"), and fourth in the Long Jump (20' 1.5"). Logan Barber was third in the 400m (53.93), and Xavier Malcolm was fourth in the Discus (129' 8").

Yousif Ridha was fourth in the Long Jump (20' 2"), and fifth in both the 100m (11.47) and the Triple Jump (40' 1") to lead SAS.
